  After Windows automatically updated the system a few days ago, my c4d bridge and other dcc software bridges failed. No matter how I reinstalled the software, it didn't work. I don't know if anyone else has encountered this problem.

  Are you using the latest builds of HDR Light Studio and plugins from our web site. Is your firewall blocking access to HDR Light Studio, we use TCP/IP for many connections now?

  I carefully checked that the plug-in you mentioned is the latest Cinema4D_2024_Win_2023.1004. The firewall does not prohibit the Internet. Is there any log to facilitate troubleshooting errors?
