For customers owning a HDR Light Studio license. If you see the licensing panel at application start-up and can see the following wording in the panel:
Requested version not supported (-6)
This means that the build of HDR Light Studio or a Connection you are trying to use is newer than the maintenance/version date in your license file/s.
Customers with a subscription license can always run our latest software, so will not see this message.
Customers with permanent licenses can see this message if they have not renewed maintenance, or if they have not installed the updated maintenance licenses and are still using the old out of date licenses.
